If you have a PC or Mac that you would like to surplus, please fill out the form provided.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>All computers and laptops must be tagged assets.<br>(If items are not tagged, contact<strong>\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.unlv.edu\/units\/property-control\">Property Control<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>to request an asset tag.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>OIT will process your request and contact you to schedule a time to pick up your items.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The items will be picked up and verified.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All data will be removed from your device. Please ensure that all sensitive data you&#8217;d like to keep is backed up prior to pickup.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In addition to your surplused computer, we only accept the following peripherals:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>keyboards<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>mice<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>trackpads<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>monitors<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We do not accept other types of equipment (e.g. printers, office furniture, etc). To surplus those items, contact Thunder Warehouse at (702) 895-5384.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>IMPORTANT NOTE:\u00a0<\/strong>The person who tracks your department&#8217;s inventory will need to use\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/ops21.incircuit.com\/ops6\/f?p=1061:101\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">RECOUP (aka AssetWorks)<\/a>\u00a0to transfer the item(s) being surplused to OIT (using \u201cSUP-02527 \u2013 INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY\u201d).
