class=\"has-large-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>ACE Apps<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Go to the <a href=\"https:\/\/ace.unlv.edu\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/ace.unlv.edu\/\">ACE dashboard<\/a> and log in<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Select Microsoft Office 365 portal<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Alternative sign in<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Sign in directly to Microsoft with <strong>Share<\/strong> icon<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">In the <strong>Add a name, group or email<\/strong> box, type in the person&#8217;s name or ACE email and select the profile that pops up to add the person<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Once you select who you want to share, click <strong>Send<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p <strong>NOT <\/strong>sync data because it is not being used anymore. UNLV IT does <strong>NOT <\/strong>have access to OneNote data because it is stored <strong>locally on your machine<\/strong>. Make sure to <strong>back up<\/strong> OneNote data before making changes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Exporting\u00a0most recent OneNote Notebooks<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Open\u00a0<strong>OneNote\u00a0<\/strong>on the desktop and open the Notebook to export.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Select\u00a0<strong>File\u00a0<\/strong>on the top left corner.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Select\u00a0<strong>Export\u00a0<\/strong>then\u00a0<strong>Export Current: NoteBook<\/strong>\u00a0and select\u00a0<strong>OneNote package<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Microsoft apps are very useful and are provided by the university.
